What is the implementation timeline?
Our four-phase strategy typically spans 9 to 10 months from initial setup to full-scale operations across all sports. We can begin with a pilot for select sports and scale based on your comfort level and results.
How does insurance and liability work?
Top Tier provides comprehensive coverage for all camp activities, including general liability and participant accident coverage. Your institution is protected, and we handle every insurance matter.
What does the revenue-sharing structure look like?
A transparent 50/50 split: half of all camp revenue goes directly to your department as profit, structured as third-party NIL, while the other half covers our operational costs, including technology, insurance, marketing, staffing and support.
What does our department need to provide?
Your involvement is minimal: a marketing partnership (we provide all materials), facility access for camps (we can help source third-party facilities if needed), and brand authorization. We handle all operations, logistics, technology, insurance and marketing.
Can we customize the program for our needs?
Yes. We have a proven model, but we work with each department to tailor camp frequency, pricing, sport selection and revenue allocation to your goals and constraints.
How does this comply with Title IX?
